THE MEZZANINE
Barrett Building was tasked with modernizing and maximizing a tired production studio in Burbank. Unique challenges were overcome throughout the project as a result of active productions and the building’s general occupancy during construction.
In addition to equipping the space with the latest and greatest computing and network hardware, Barrett overhauled areas throughout the building to enhance fun and function.
The most unique of these work spaces is The Mezzanine: an airy, open collaboration space found on top of an all-new steel structure within the existing CMU walls.
