Barrett’s comprehensive pre-construction services thoroughly examine all aspects of a project to evaluate its viability, analyze costs, and to devise appropriate building solutions in accordance with our clients' goals. In other words, we do our homework and thoroughly plan ahead before a job begins.

Pre-construction services combine our management, estimating, and technical services. More specifically, these include:

• Preparing a concept budget and detailed trade-by-trade cost estimates

As construction manager and general contractor, Barrett’s involvement begins from the earliest stages of design through to client occupancy. Barrett's management-focused approach provides the client with comprehensive information about and control over all aspects of a project, especially budgeting and scheduling.

Our team supervises construction activities, controls costs, manages material deliveries, and maintains quality production standards in a timely manner.

Services during the construction phase include:

• Assuming responsibility for construction means, methods, sequencing and procedures
